CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
Thomas supports the Nature’s Yoke customer care team, helping the company build strong new business relationships and maintaining and forwarding relationships with existing business customers. He also serves as the bridge between sales and operations, ensuring a continuous flow of accurate information between the two departments.

Jim is responsible for making sure Nature’s Yoke provides its retail customers with exceptional support and service. He’s also one of our team members responsible for bringing our eggs into new stores. What do you love about your role at Nature’s Yoke? I love working with the great team at Nature’s Yoke, as well as having the opportunity to talk with all our stores and business customers about our eggs and how they meet the needs of today’s consumers.
What’s your wish for Nature’s Yoke customers? I want our customers to enjoy their lives. Of course, since I’m part of the sales team, I also want the stores that carry our eggs to experience great success. Being able to bring them three types of free-range eggs means they can make it easier for their shoppers to find their perfect egg.

As the bridge between Nature’s Yoke leadership and marketing teams, George Weaver, IV (known around here as G4) acts as lead brand ambassador, helping teach and coach team members, brokers and distributors about what Nature’s Yoke stands for and the joy of being a living example of everything life, love and latitude represent.

In his role as Nature’s Yoke Office Manager, John is responsible for creating the coordination required for smooth office operations. That includes making sure team members have the tools and technology needed to perform at the highest level — and keeping that technology up to date and the company secure.

FINISHED PRODUCT SUPERVISOR
The role of Tommy is to oversee the finished product coming out. He helps the team to accomplish pulling orders, stacking product off the line, and organize the cooler, basically being the guiding hand which makes sure all the orders are stacked and shipped.

What do you love about your role at Nature’s Yoke? I love this job here because of the great work atmosphere. All the way from the top down, we have a great crew to work with. They’re not only my coworkers, but they’re friends to me as well.
What’s your favorite Nature’s Yoke recipe? My choice would probably be the Rarebit Benedict; that is a breakfast item you can never go wrong with.
What’s your favorite way to eat Nature’s Yoke eggs? Well, I love Nature’s Yoke eggs in any style really, I’m a big deviled egg nut, but since almost every morning I scramble my eggs, I’ll have to say scrambled. But if I had the talents to make a deviled egg every morning, then that would be my go to. I mean, is there ever a bad time to eat a deviled egg?

George Weaver III

As the third Weaver to lead the company, George Weaver III (known around here as G3), is in charge of crafting the vision for Nature’s Yoke and, even more importantly, encouraging visionary thinking from his team. In fact, inspiring others dream better and bigger and to be innovative is one of the things that gives him the most joy in his role.

What do you love about your role at Nature’s Yoke? I had the privilege of growing up on a chicken farm and I love the opportunity to supply families with organic eggs for quality meals. Equally, I love working with all the people involved in Nature’s Yoke — from our internal team and our free-range hen farmers to our retailers and our many other business partners.
What’s your wish for Nature’s Yoke customers? I want them to feel the love and care that I have for them, and I want them to experience maximum quality of life. As President of the company, I also have special wishes for my team. In particular, I wish for them unity, love and security.

As the Farm Coordinator, Bradlyn’s job is to ensure our farmers are well-supported. This involves visiting farms to address any questions they may have, assisting them in complying with standards, and helping to recruit new farmers as needed.

Maintenance Manager
Doug’s role oversees coordinating building and equipment maintenance, as well as processing innovations needed for future growth. As the prior General Plant Manager, he can at times be found assisting a younger team learn to effectively navigate the many unique challenges that come with processing table eggs.
