These Lemon Bars made with Nature's Yoke Eggs are delicious! They contain only the best natural ingredients for a yummy dessert.
- 2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 4 Nature's Yoke eggs
- 2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp lemon juice
- Powdered sugar
- Mix flour, powdered sugar and butter together and press into a 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake at 350 F. for 15 Minutes.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over baked crust. Bake 25-30 minutes longer.
- When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
