Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Serve these delicious Sweet and Sour Meatballs over rice for an entree the Orient in you will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Nature's Yoke eggs

Sauce

  • 3 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp onion, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix first 5 ingredients and shape into balls. Fry until brown and drain off excess fat.
  • Mix all sauce ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Place meatballs in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30-45 minutes.
