Rhubarb Custard Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chopped rhubarb
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Nature's Yoke eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 unbaked 9" pie crust

Instructions
 

  • Put rhubarb in pie shell.
  • Mix sugar, flour, salt, eggs, milk and butter together.
  • Pour mixture over rhubarb in unbaked pie shell.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until set.
