Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped rhubarb
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- pinch of salt
- 2 Nature's Yoke eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 unbaked 9" pie crust
Instructions
- Put rhubarb in pie shell.
- Mix sugar, flour, salt, eggs, milk and butter together.
- Pour mixture over rhubarb in unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until set.
