Pennsylvania Dutch Sour Cream Raisin Pie
This Pennsylvania Dutch Sour Cream Raisin Pie is a rich dessert with almost a cheesecake-like texture and a fantastic raisin flavor.
- 1 deep dish unbaked pie shell
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 Nature's Yoke eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cup raisins
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Grind raisins.
- Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 450 degrees F. for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
