Ingredients
  

  • 1 deep dish unbaked pie shell
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 Nature's Yoke eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Grind raisins.
  • Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
  • Bake at 450 degrees F. for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
