Pecan Pie Bars

Ingredients
CRUST INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
FILLING INGREDIENTS
- 5 Nature's Yoke eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
CRUST DIRECTIONS
- Combine flour, butter, and brown sugar and press into a 9×13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
FILLING DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients except pecans and mix well.
- Stir in pecans and pour over hot crust. Bake at 300 F. for 50 minutes.
