Mini Cheddar Meatloaves
With shredded cheddar mixed into them, these easy Mini Cheddar Meatloaves have been met with high reviews from every guest I have served them to.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Nature's Yoke egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp mustard
- Combine first seven ingredients and form into mini loaves.
- Combine sauce ingredients and spread on loaves.
- Bake at 350 F. for 45 minutes.
