
Favorite Pumpkin Pie
My mom always made this pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving. The ingredients are whirled in a blender, then poured into the crust. Easy as. . .well. . .pie.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup cooked pumpkin or winter squash
- 2 tbsp flour (rounded)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Nature's Yolk eggs
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Instructions
- Put filling ingredients into blender in order given.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees F. for 45-55 minutes or until done. (The middle shouldn't be jiggly when you shake it slightly.)
- Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
