Favorite Pumpkin Pie

My mom always made this pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving. The ingredients are whirled in a blender, then poured into the crust. Easy as. . .well. . .pie.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup cooked pumpkin or winter squash
  • 2 tbsp flour (rounded)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Nature's Yolk eggs
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Instructions
 

  • Put filling ingredients into blender in order given.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees F. for 45-55 minutes or until done. (The middle shouldn't be jiggly when you shake it slightly.)
  • Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
