Chocolate Raspberry Sugar Cookie Tarts

These chocolate raspberry sugar cookie tarts are sure to delight your taste buds.

Ingredients
  

Tart

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 Nature's Yoke eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 5 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 pt raspberries
  • 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions
 

Tart

  • Mix first 6 ingredients together in large bowl.
  • Add flour, cream of tartar, salt and baking soda and mix well.
  • Form into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Use a small cup to flatten the balls until the edges crack.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F. for 11-13 minutes until edges are set but not brown.

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture on center of tarts. Top with raspberries and drizzle with melted chocolate.
