Ingredients
- 9 slider buns*
- 9 Natures Yoke Omega 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 lbs of breakfast sausage mix**
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Natures Yoke Sea Salted Butter melted – for tops of buns
Instructions
- Heat two pans on medium heat with a little extra virgin olive oil.
- Place eggs, milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl. Whisk until combined.
- Pat out 9 sausage patties.
- Pour the eggs into the heated pan and gently stir until all the of the mixture is cooked and scrambled eggs form.
- At the same time cook the sausage patties until brown on both sides and done in the center, about 7 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- In a 9×9 pan, place the bottoms of the buns on the bottom of the pan.
- Place a scoop of scrambled eggs on top of each bun bottom, distributing the eggs evenly.
- Sprinkle generous amount of cheddar cheese on top of the eggs.
- Place a sausage patty on top of each bun.
- Put the top bun on top and press down lightly.
- Brush the tops of the buns with butter.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
