Breakfast Sliders
Breakfast sliders, but the kind you actually want to make again 🍳Soft eggs, melty cheese, and everything warm and simple.

- 9 slider buns*
- 9 Natures Yoke Omega 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 lbs of breakfast sausage mix**
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Natures Yoke Sea Salted Butter melted - for tops of buns
Heat two pans on medium heat with a little extra virgin olive oil.
Place eggs, milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl. Whisk until combined.
Pat out 9 sausage patties.
Pour the eggs into the heated pan and gently stir until all the of the mixture is cooked and scrambled eggs form.
At the same time cook the sausage patties until brown on both sides and done in the center, about 7 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350º F.
In a 9x9 pan, place the bottoms of the buns on the bottom of the pan.
Place a scoop of scrambled eggs on top of each bun bottom, distributing the eggs evenly.
Sprinkle generous amount of cheddar cheese on top of the eggs.
Place a sausage patty on top of each bun.
Put the top bun on top and press down lightly.
Brush the tops of the buns with butter.
Bake for 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Serve warm.
