Baked Corn Recipe

This gently seasoned, comforting corn recipe is both easy and delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cup corn
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 Nature's Yoke eggs

Instructions
 

  • Boil milk and butter for 2 minutes.
  • Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Add eggs, corn and milk mixture. Mix.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight before baking. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
