Turkey burgers are so delicious and healthy too...these are moist and bursting with flavor. You can even wrap your burger in lettuce for a gluten-free option.

Ingredients
- 2 lb lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 Nature's Yoke egg, beaten
- 8 whole grain hamburger buns
Instructions
- Combine turkey, salsa, onion and egg. Mix well and form into 8 patties. Grill or boil patties until cooked through. Serve on whole grain buns with lettuce, tomato, cheese and the condiments of your choice.
