Turkey burgers are so delicious and healthy too...these are moist and bursting with flavor.  You can even wrap your burger in lettuce for a gluten-free option.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 Nature's Yoke egg, beaten
  • 8 whole grain hamburger buns

Instructions
 

  • Combine turkey, salsa, onion and egg. Mix well and form into 8 patties. Grill or boil patties until cooked through. Serve on whole grain buns with lettuce, tomato, cheese and the condiments of your choice.
