Tomato & Basil Grilled Cheese

Our new Tomato & Basil Jack cheese with some added fresh basil and sun-dried tomatoes makes for an incredible grilled cheese sandwich!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Thick slices Nature's Yoke & September Farm Tomato & Basil Jack
  • 1 tbsp Nature's Yoke butter
  • 1 tbsp Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 Pinch Kosher salt
  • 2 Slices Brioche

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Melt the butter and brush it onto the bread slices.
  • Chop the basil and sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Cut four even slices of the Tomato and Basil Jack and place them on one of the slices of bread.
  • Top with the chopped basil and sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Place the second slice of bread and place on grill or skillet until bread has browned.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 2-3 minutes for extra melty cheese 🙂
