
Tomato & Basil Grilled Cheese
Our new Tomato & Basil Jack cheese with some added fresh basil and sun-dried tomatoes makes for an incredible grilled cheese sandwich!

Ingredients
- 4 Thick slices Nature's Yoke & September Farm Tomato & Basil Jack
- 1 tbsp Nature's Yoke butter
- 1 tbsp Sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 Pinch Kosher salt
- 2 Slices Brioche
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Melt the butter and brush it onto the bread slices.
- Chop the basil and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Cut four even slices of the Tomato and Basil Jack and place them on one of the slices of bread.
- Top with the chopped basil and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Place the second slice of bread and place on grill or skillet until bread has browned.
- Place in the preheated oven for 2-3 minutes for extra melty cheese 🙂
