Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Nature's Yoke eggs
- 3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 12 oz Andes Peppermint Crunch baking chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Beat sugars and butter together. Add vanilla and eggs and beat well.
- Add dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Drop cookies onto cookie sheet.
- Bake 11 minutes.
