
Fried Rice
Delicious with or without meat and good enough to be a meal in itself, Fried Rice is an easy recipe to master.

Ingredients
- 3 cup cooked rice
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1/2 lb cooked or raw meat (any kind), cut in thin strips
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 cup leftover veggies (peas, carrots, broccoli, etc.)
- 2 Nature's Yoke eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Heat oil in large skillet.
- Add meat, garlic, onion, pepper, and sauces.
- Stir fry until meat is tender and hot.
- Add cooked rice and stir fry 5 minutes
- Add leftover vegetables of your choice and heat, stirring occasionally.
- Just before serving, add eggs to skillet. Over medium heat, stir carefully through rice until eggs are cooked through.
- Serve piping hot with a green salad.
