
French Toast Sticks
French Toast Sticks are a breeze to make and perfect to dunk into maple syrup!

Ingredients
- 4 Nature's Yoke eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp butter
- 10 slices bread
- powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat eggs, milk and salt; set aside. Spread butter on five slices of bread.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle on buttered pieces of bread. Top with remaining bread slices. Trim crusts off; cut each sandwich into three strips.
- Cook on a lightly greased hot griddle for two minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
