French Toast Sticks
French Toast Sticks are a breeze to make and perfect to dunk into maple syrup!

Ingredients
- 4 Nature's Yoke eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp butter
- 10 slices bread
- powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat eggs, milk and salt; set aside.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon. Spread butter on one side of five slices of bread. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on buttered pieces of each bread slice and top with an unbuttered bread slice to create a sandwich. Trim crusts off and cut each sandwich into three strips.
- Dip each strip into the milk/egg mixture and then cook on a lightly greased hot griddle for two minutes for two minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
