Ingredients
CAKE INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 cup brown sugar
- 3 Nature's Yoke eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
ICING INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup confectionary sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp peppermint flavoring
- green food coloring (opt)
CHOCOLATE LAYER INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
CAKE DIRECTIONS
- Combine cocoa, butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour batter into a greased 9×13" pan. Bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes.
ICING DIRECTIONS
- Cool bars. Combine icing ingredients and frost cooled bars. Refrigerate.
CHOCOLATE LAYER DIRECTIONS
- Melt chocolate chips with butter and spread on top of cooled bars.
