- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 4 Nature's Yoke egg whites
- 1 Nature's Yoke egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor and cook on a hot griddle. Serve with maple syrup or peanut butter.
