Cinnamon Butter Candle

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup softened Nature’s Yoke unsalted butter 3 sticks
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Prepare Cinnamon Butter

  • Combine softened butter with powdered sugar, cinnamon, and spices. Stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
  • Freeze Butter Candle
  • Stick the wick onto the bottom of a paper or plastic cup and use a popsicle stick to balance it in the center.
  • Pour the butter mixture into the cup, filling it up and smoothing the top.
  • Place the filled cup in the freezer for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
  • Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.

Assemble Bread and Butter

  • Cut a hole in your bread, the same size as the candle, to place it in.
  • Trim the wick, light the candle, and serve with bread.
