Spinach Balls

Spinach balls, so simple and delicious! Serve them warm with a honey mustard dipping sauce and watch them disappear.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 1/2 cup finely crushed dry bread stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 Nature's Yoke eggs, beaten

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and shape into 1-inch balls.
  • Place balls on baking sheet and bake in oven at 350 for 15 minutes.
