
Spinach Balls
Spinach balls, so simple and delicious! Serve them warm with a honey mustard dipping sauce and watch them disappear.

Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 cup finely crushed dry bread stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- dash of nutmeg
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 Nature's Yoke eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place balls on baking sheet and bake in oven at 350 for 15 minutes.
