PB & J French Toast
Turn your kids favorite sandwich into this stuffed PB & J French Toast and serve it for breakfast!
- 8 slices Texas toast
- jelly (your choice)
- peanut butter
- 2 Nature's Yoke eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- coconut oil
- Spread peanut butter and jelly over four slices of bread. Top with remaining slices.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk and salt.
- Melt coconut oil in large skillet over medium heat. Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture. Fry french toast in oil for 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with syrup.
