PB & J French Toast

Turn your kids favorite sandwich into this stuffed PB & J French Toast and serve it for breakfast!
Servings 4

Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices Texas toast
  • jelly (your choice)
  • peanut butter
  • 2 Nature's Yoke eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Spread peanut butter and jelly over four slices of bread. Top with remaining slices.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk and salt.
  • Melt coconut oil in large skillet over medium heat. Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture. Fry french toast in oil for 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with syrup.
