Packed with flavor and gluten free, our Caprese Quiche is a winner any way you look at it!
- 12 Nature's Yoke eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp sliced fresh basil, packed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in a large mixing bowl. Whisk well.
- Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan. Top with thinly sliced tomatoes and extra basil as desired. Bake for 45 minutes, or until eggs are set.
