Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 Nature's Yoke egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Crumbs:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Line muffin tin with papers.
- In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Add bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir banana mixture into dry ingredients just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
Crumbs:
- Mix together brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
- Bake in oven for 18-20 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
