Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 Nature's Yoke egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

Crumbs:

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F. Line muffin tin with papers.
  • In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Add bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir banana mixture into dry ingredients just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.

Crumbs:

  • Mix together brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
  • Bake in oven for 18-20 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
