Baked Oatmeal with homemade yogurt and fresh fruit is one of my children's favorite breakfasts, one I feel good about serving them.
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Nature's Yoke eggs, beaten
- 3 cup oats (quick or old-fashioned)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- Cream together first three ingredients.
- Add the remaining ingredients to creamed mixture.
- Bake in a 9X13 pan at 350 F. for 20-30 minutes.
