Banana Protein Pancakes are a healthy option for your breakfast and so simple to make. Just toss everything in the blender and, viola!

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 Nature's Yoke egg whites
  • 1 Nature's Yoke egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor and cook on a hot griddle. Serve with maple syrup or peanut butter.
