- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large Nature's Yoke egg
- 2 tablespoons melted Nature's Yoke Pasture Raised butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously grease a mini muffin pan.
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Whisk together the wet ingredients: milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently; stir just until mixed.
