Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large Nature's Yoke egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted Nature's Yoke Pasture Raised butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously grease a mini muffin pan.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Whisk together the wet ingredients: milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently; stir just until mixed.
  • Scoop the batter into the muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool slightly before serving warm, and enjoy with your favorite toppings!
