Rhubarb Custard Pie

- 1 cup chopped rhubarb
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- pinch of salt
- 2 Nature's Yoke eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 unbaked 9" pie crust
Put rhubarb in pie shell.
Mix sugar, flour, salt, eggs, milk and butter together.
Pour mixture over rhubarb in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until set.
