Sour Cream Pear Pie

Our delicious sour cream pear pie topped with crumbs will delight your taste buds! This pie is simple to make and delicate in flavor.

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Nature's Yoke Egg
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 3 cup fresh pears, chopped
  • 1 pie crust, unbaked


  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter


  • In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients to make crumbs. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients together and mix well. Gently fold in chopped pears.
  • Place unbaked pie crust in 9" pie pan. Spread pie filling evenly in crust. Bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes.
  • Spread crumbs evenly over pie, then return to oven and bake for 30 more minutes. Remove pie from oven and cool.
