Stuffing

Whether you are making stuffing for your Thanksgiving feast, or another event, this recipe is sure to please your guests.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
  • 5 Nature's Yoke eggs
  • 3 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • pinch of tumeric
  • 1 loaf Italian bread, cubed

Instructions
 

  • Saute onion, celery and carrots in butter.
  • Beat eggs well. Stir in sauteed vegetables and remaining ingredients, except the bread.
  • Add bread cubes and mix well.
  • Pour into a large baking dish. Bake at 350 F. covered for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Uncover when almost done. The edges will be brown.
