Stuffing
Whether you are making stuffing for your Thanksgiving feast, or another event, this recipe is sure to please your guests.

- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
- 5 Nature's Yoke eggs
- 3 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sage
- pinch of tumeric
- 1 loaf Italian bread, cubed
Saute onion, celery and carrots in butter.
Beat eggs well. Stir in sauteed vegetables and remaining ingredients, except the bread.
Add bread cubes and mix well.
Pour into a large baking dish. Bake at 350 F. covered for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Uncover when almost done. The edges will be brown.
