Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 Nature's Yoke eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 cup flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Powdered sugar, optional
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Combine flour, cocoa and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture until well blended.
- Spread into a greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350 F. for 30-35 minutes or until the top is dry and center is set.
- Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
