Baked Corn Recipe
This gently seasoned, comforting corn recipe is both easy and delicious.

- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cup corn
- 1 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 Nature's Yoke eggs
Boil milk and butter for 2 minutes.
Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Add eggs, corn and milk mixture. Mix.
Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight before baking. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
