Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Bread

Soft and creamy, our chocolate chip cream cheese bread is really just a cookie in a loaf! It is the perfect companion to a cup of coffee or tea.


  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Nature's Yoke eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup semi-sweet (or dark) chocolate chips
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup milk


  • Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except flour and milk. Mix well.
  • Add one cup of flour and half of milk. Mix well, then add second cup of flour and other half of milk. Whip together.
  • Pour mixture into 2 greased loaf pans or 4 mini loaf pans. Bake for 45 minutes. (30 minutes for mini loaves) Allow to partially cool before cutting.
