Taco Meatloaf
Taco Meatloaf has all the flavors of a taco baked into a meatloaf. Top it with additional sour cream and salsa for an entree everyone will love.
Ingredients
- 1 Nature's Yoke egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 3 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 lb ground beef
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.
- Mix in ground beef.
- Shape into a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 1/2 hours.
