Heat oil in large skillet.
Add meat, garlic, onion, pepper, and sauces.
Stir fry until meat is tender and hot.
Add cooked rice and stir fry 5 minutes
Add leftover vegetables of your choice and heat, stirring occasionally.
Just before serving, add eggs to skillet. Over medium heat, stir carefully through rice until eggs are cooked through.
Serve piping hot with a green salad.
