Thumbprint Jelly Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup softened butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 Nature's Yoke egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • strawberry jelly

Instructions
 

  • Beat butter and sugar.
  • Add vanilla and egg.
  • Stir in flour and baking powder.
  • Drop cookies on cookie sheet and press a thumbprint in the center of each one.
  • Put a small dab of jelly in each thumbprint.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes.
